AWWG offers complete local area network installation and support in the Washington DC and Baltimore Metro areas.

We offer a variety of services to our clients which include: Adding workstations and peripherals -
Network installation -
Hardware / software upgrades -
Backup and recovery systems -

Virtual Private Networks (VPN)  setup between locations.

If you have less than 25 workstations and servers, we recommend you purchase our "new client special" which is a discounted twenty (20) hour block of time that includes an initial review of the network by a senior level network engineer for just $1800.*

This package allows enough time to fix any "emergency" level problems and afterwards, you will be provided with a report detailing the overall condition of the network including: performance, basic security, virus protection, software inventory/ licensing, and backup procedures. We will document and present short and long term recommendations. **

Note* Travel time counts against the pre-paid block and is estimated at one (1) hour per visit of scheduled maintenance. Supplementary hours required to resolve a problem are billed at our normal rate of $120/hr.

Note** Standard business hours are 8:30 – 5:30 EST Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All service requests addressed within 4 business hours; however, normal response time may vary. Emergency evening and weekend incident response billed at 1 ¼ times normal rate. The holiday rate is billed at 2 times the normal rate. The technicians’ skill level may vary. This plan is not a guarantee against hardware failures or software problems; it is design to deal with preventable maintenance issues and serve as “as-needed” service. AWWG will maintain the client's network in accordance with commonly accepted standards and practices of the information systems service industry.
