companies already have a web presence, we are available to do everything from minor
periodic updates to total makeovers. If this is your case, we ask
that you gather your ideas and requirements and give us a call.
We offer free one
hour in-person consultations to discuss your project and are also
available for "what-if" conversations on the phone.
Since web-maintenance is an ongoing service subject to your changing
needs, we typically ask
for a retainer fee prior to starting a maintenance relationship. You may
purchase our time in blocks of 8 hours or more in advance and use them
as needed. There is always a minimum charge of $100 for all new
clients.
When working
with revenue-generating sites, such as those that are membership or
product sales oriented - we will offer to maintain the site for a
percentage of the gross revenue minus shipping, handling, and taxes of
course. This is beneficial if your business is cash-poor or you want AWWG to have a stake in your web-based business. We will still
require a small retainer in advance.
When you are ready to hire us, we will need the login name and pass code to
access your current site - so please have this information ready. If we will be
hosting your site, we will also need your account number
and password for your existing domain (usually) from
Network Solutions .
